The sun was out and shining brightly on Earl's birthday this year, but despite the heat a crowd of 80 gathered on the porch of the Produce Row Cafe to celebrate Oregon's Third District Congressman. Lots of great folks, good discussions, and the staple "Happy Birthday" song led by Eli Coon.
