We're pounding the facts. They're pounding the table

With two days of impeachment hearings behind us, a disappointing-but-unsurprising truth has made itself clear: Republicans in Congress are not taking Trump's corruption seriously.

Instead of seeking the truth, they're delivering meandering speeches full of debunked conspiracies and self-pity. Instead of questioning witnesses, they're breathlessly repeating Fox News' lies and feigning outrage.

The evidence we had before this week was damning for Trump. The new evidence makes the case against him even stronger.

All the bluster and nonsense won't change the facts: Donald Trump abused the power of the presidency and must be removed from office.
