Sign the petition: Ensure vote-by-mail reform is part of any coronavirus stimulus legislation

The irresponsible decision to cancel the New York presidential primary has made it clear beyond any doubt: we need national vote by mail. Americans must be able to participate in our democracy without putting their health and safety at risk.

I've been fighting for national Vote-By-Mail for years, and it's never been more urgent. As we approach the most consequential election of our lifetime and face a historic pandemic, progressive leaders across America are doing everything we can to protect our democracy while flattening the coronavirus curve.

What does Trump have to say about that? He calls us corrupt. His allies? They shut down emergency voter protections in Wisconsin, forcing people to stand in long lines –and in the rain, and in at least one spot, hail – during a pandemic.

This is unacceptable.
