I want to take a moment to express my deep gratitude

Our world is turned upside down, but I am incredibly proud of the actions and support that I see every day from people in our community caring for others. I want to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for the honor of serving our community.

Ballots are due on Tuesday, May 19th*. I respectfully ask for your confidence and your vote to allow me to continue the critical work I have been doing. As a proven leader, I will continue taking on our biggest challenges and fighting for bold, progressive change.

My top priorities:

Climate Crisis

We need to declare a climate emergency and pass a Green New Deal. I helped write both these critical plans.

Health Care

I support a strong universal health care system that will lower costs, provide better health care and cover everyone.

We must also tackle the high cost of prescription drugs. Last year I led the historic and successful effort to defeat the big pharmaceutical companies, breaking their anti-competition stranglehold that locks in high prices.

Housing

We have a housing crisis across the nation and especially in Oregon. It is time to get the federal government back in the game. I have developed a detailed, comprehensive housing plan to solve the housing crisis and have organized a growing coalition to get it done.

While these are our most critical issues, they are far from all that I am working on to move America and Oregon forward. Of course, in order to do that we must protect our democracy and rebuild our institutions – starting with requiring paper ballots and getting big money out of politics. Get the details on these plans, other critical issues and how you can join the fight here.

I would appreciate your vote in this election, which is unlike any other. The real change that was important before the pandemic is even more important now. The stakes have never been higher. I am eager to accept the challenge of our lifetime...together.

Courage,

Earl
