Stand strong with our neighbor to the North

Last weekend, as I read the New York Times, my jaw hit the floor. I knew that the Republican who ousted Jaime Herrera Beutler across the Columbia River from my district was incredibly right-wing but I had no idea how dangerous Joe Kent truly is. Here are a few quotes from the article:

"Kent said that the Jan. 6 insurrection 'reeks of an intelligence operation' and he wants all the 'political prisoners' arrested for invading the Capitol released.

In his speeches, Kent promised to impeach Biden on Day One, and then Vice President Kamala Harris...Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas.

...he emphasized his willingness to shut down the government: 'I used to work in the federal government,' he said. 'It can shut down. It's really not a big deal.'

Kent promised to hold Anthony Fauci 'accountable' for the 'scam that is Covid.' I asked him what holding Fauci accountable means. "Criminal charges," said Kent. But what charges, I asked? "Murder," he replied, as it were the most obvious answer in the world."

This man cannot be allowed to be in Congress!

Thankfully, we have an incredible working class, small business owner, Marie Gluesenkamp Perez who decided to run and upend her life when she saw the threat that Joe Kent poses to our country.

Her race is practically tied, but she needs resources to get her message out about the real freedom and opportunity that we value and not the agenda that obstructs freedom instead of helping.
